Smoky Shop, operated by Alchemy Global STEM Institute.

What we collect

Only what is needed to make and hand over your order:

• Your name, email address, and (if you give one) your phone number.
• What you ordered — garment, color, size, and which logos go where.
• Any note you add to the order.

What we do not collect

We never see your card number. Payment details are entered directly into Square's own hosted form and go straight to Square; they do not pass through, and are not stored on, our servers. We keep only Square's payment reference and receipt link so we can look the payment up and refund it if needed.

Why we use it

Data	Used for
Name, email	Confirming your order and telling you when it is ready
Phone number	Only to text you that your order is ready, and only if you explicitly asked us to
Order details	Printing the right shirt and handing you the right bag

Who else sees it

Three service providers, each only with what they need to do their job:

• Square — processes the payment.
• Resend — delivers order emails.
• Twilio — delivers order text messages, if you opted in.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to market anything to you.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and to honour returns or reprints. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by contacting tournaments@agsi.tech.

Your choices

• Text messages are opt-in and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
